Leopold Kronecker (1823 - 1891)

Leopold Kronecker was born on 7 December 1823 in Liegnitz, Prussia (now Legnica, Poland). Leopold Kronecker’s primary contributions were in the theory of equations. He made major contributions in elliptic functions and the theory of algebraic numbers. Leopold Kronecker died on 29 December 1891 in Berlin, Germany.
