James MacPherson Wattie (1862 - 1933)

James MacPherson Wattie was born on 17 November 1862 in Aberdeen, Scotland. James Wattie studied at Aberdeen and Oxford. He taught for a while at George Watson’s College in Edinburgh and the Church of Scotland Training College in Aberdeen before becoming a Schools Inspector. James MacPherson Wattie died on go January 1943 in Glasgow, Scotland.
