Nikolai Nikolaevich Luzin (1883 - 1950)

Nikolai Nikolaevich Luzin was born on 9 December 1883 in Irkutsk, Russia. Nikolai Nikolaevich Luzin was a Russian mathematician who made important contributions to the foundations of mathematics, measure theory and topology. He was head of the “Luzitania” research group at Moscow. Nikolai Nikolaevich Luzin died on 25 February 1950 in Moscow, USSR.
