Edward Maitland Wright

Edward Maitland Wright (1906 - 2005)

Edward Maitland Wright was born on 13 February 1906 in Farnley, near Leeds, England. Wright was a number theorist and collaborator of G H Hardy. He was Professor of Mathematics at Aberdeen for many years and went on to become Principal of the university. Edward Maitland Wright died on 2 February 2005 in Reading, England.
